Abstract
A quality assurance survey looking into Safe Harbor Crisis Nursery. The project proposal goes as follows;
Jacob Campbell in conjunction with Reid Helford (professor at Columbia Basin College), Sue Delucchi (Executive Director for SHCN), Antonio Cruz for help with translation put together the 2005 quality assurance survey. They sent out a survey to the most frequent participants of SHCN to assess their services. This survey will have several components and factors to help it along. First, the survey took the 31 clients who used SHCN is services most frequently during the 2005 year. Second each of these clients were mailed the following items both in English and Spanish;
- Cover letter describing method of completion and purpose
- Ticket for baby diapers as an incentive
- The survey
The returned surveys were compiled onto an excel chart, and the client names were replaced with a code for confidentiality. A report was then written up in regards to the survey.
