Share links for a page (foundation layouts).
Usage: {% include share-buttons.htm title=page.title url=page.url %}
"Share…" uses the device's own share sheet where the browser supports it
(Safari on Mac/iPhone, most phones), so any app works. The icon links cover
everything else. Mastodon asks for the reader's server, since a share has to
happen on their own instance; the last one used is remembered in this browser.
