Week 14 invites us to reflect inwardly and outwardly. There are a few discussion forums that students can engage in to explore personal and professional development, the power of practicing gratitude, and the complex meanings holidays hold across diverse communities.
The learning objectives I have this week include
- Reflect on your personal and professional development.
- Identify and articulate practices of gratitude and their relevance to well-being and resilience.
- Critically examine the cultural and historical meanings of holidays.

W-14 A-01: Asynchronous Participation and Engagement
Make at least two replies across any of the forums this week.
- The Areas I’ve Grown and Developed forum encourages students to reflect on their personal and professional growth.
- In Practicing Gratitude, students explore their relationship with gratitude, reflecting on current practices and identifying new ways to integrate appreciation into their daily lives.
- The forum titled Holidays, Culture, and ADEI-Informed Practice invites students to critically consider the cultural significance and historical complexities that holidays like Thanksgiving can have.
