@statesdj health data is different than business data (as far as I understand). So things like heart rate, body temperature, and these metrics are stored as your health records. There might be different ways of storing that data, but it *can be* end to end encrypted meaning Apple doesn’t have access… and can’t supply even with a subpoena.
