I’m not sure I understand how locks work inside. It might be that there is just tension and won’t release because of that, but if I put in the pin, 1 or .5 either up or down from that pin, it won’t release. Maybe they don’t follow a synchronous pattern and one number is 4 up and the other 2 down? But basically it means I need to buy a new lock or start binge watching the lock picking lawyer.
