Excited and Scared. I submitted an application to our IRB for a study. We are doing a simulated home visit experience with our #SocialWork students. The simulation is the second run of it, and I’m adding a pre/post survey about students’ perceived readiness from it. I’m looking forward to being able to share the results (assuming approval). This is the first time going through this process as a faculty member.
