I know that the lifetime limit for the Supreme Court is meant to be one of the checks and balances, but sure feels like our system has been broken and having more voter discretion in electing positions seems like a pretty good idea. But maybe it would increase politicalization of the judiciary? I do like any way that the public can hold officials accountable. flipboard.com/@npr/world-news-
